There are several ways to subscribe to the RSS feed for GWCHE. You can use your preferred browser or have it delivered to your Inbox as email. The email option only sends you one email a day, usually early in the morning with the previous day’s posts, if any. The browser options update the feed soon after announcements happen. You can subscribe to any and all methods to make sure you don’t miss any important news.
In Internet Explorer, click on the RSS Icon in the upper right corner of the web page.
You will be directed to a page that looks like this.
Then you get the Subscribe to this Feed screen.
Click the Subscribe button.
Then click the View My Feeds link.
If you don’t get this screen, click Favorites and then click the Feeds tab. There’s a green button in the upper right hand corner of the favorites menu. If you click it, the Favorites will stay open when you view your feeds.
If you keep the Favorites panel open while you use Internet Explorer during the day, you will see if there are any updates to GWCHE.
You may get a feed that looks like this.
Some of our posts have information for members only so a password has to be entered. If you see a feed like this you will have to click on the post title and go to the website to enter the password. You will not be able to enter the password in the feed reader.
After you enter the password, Internet Explorer will remember it and then you will be able to read protected posts in your feed reader. It may take a few minutes for it to take effect.
